I personally enjoy playing this beta. It resembles Halo: CE a lot, but has some cool new features (ie. Armor Abilities, New gametypes, fall damage, even more customization of your character).

Haven't played it yet. My xbox 360 has assumed it's natural state of RROD.

Sounds like your router has the same problem of my old router and I've tried nearly everything on that one (including flashing the NVRAM and installing a completely different IOS on the thing) which led me to deduce that it was a hardware problem.

If you haven't dropped your router on the floor so many times things started flying off of it, try resetting it to the default settings (look at the back for the reset button and hold that in for 30 seconds).

If the problem persists I'm not sure I can help. Neutral

well i guess you could (buy a new router) follow his advice or (buy a new router) try and fix it on your own and (buy a new router) btw i heard that halo reach is a lot like a COD ripoff...

but seriously linksys has these really nice dual band wireless N with range+ routers you may consider investing in

Yeah, if it's hardware you're best bet is to buy a new one or take up soldering.

I ended up restoring the factory settings and then changing the SSID (so my family could find the right network) and if works a lot better. Xbox Live works a little slower due to a moderate NAT that I can't figure out how to change for the life of me, but slower is better than having to reset every 10 minutes. I've had to reset it once since I restored the settings, but i don't think the problem was just the settings. A while ago, my sis ran through the dining room during a LAN party and destroyed 2 of the 4 ports on the router. Now that I think about it, we have had to reset the router every couple of days since the incident. I'm just gonna save up for a nice gaming router. thanks for the help.

srry, for the dp, but this one is about the beta. It isnt a CoD rip off. CoD wasnt the only, and certainly not the first, to incorporate loadouts/classes for the player to start off the game/respawn with. And sprinting is a lot of games; it just so happens that Bungie has decided to delve into the world of sprinting. And since when did CoD feature 8ft tall aliens? I rest my case.

See, my suggestions work. Very Happy

If that's the case then it probably got a timing bug by being left on for so long.
