Like the name says, create a moveset for a character!

I'll give the template:

Character Name:
Description:
Weight: (Mario is a 5, Jiggy is a 1, and Bowser is a 10)
Speed: (Ganon is a 1, Mario is a 5, and Sonic is a 10)
Power: (Sonic is a 1, Mario is a 5, and Ganon is a 10)
Ease of Use: (Olimar is a 1, Mario is a 5) (this is out of 5)

Think up a moveset for somebody...

I'll start:

Character Name: Ryan
Description: Ryan Wearmouth, the Fat Mod of the Guffman Forums joins the fray! He comes bearing his variety of weapons and his massive weight!
Weight: 8
Speed: 3
Power: 7
Ease of Use: 3

Combo: Double Slash (Ryan slashes his two-handed red sword downward, and then horizontally right)
Running Attack: Propulsion (Fat bubbles detonate at Ryan's feet, propelling him into his foes!)
Ledge Recovery Attack: Knife (Ryan jabs his knife onto the ledge, and then proceeds to climb back on stage)

Upward Tilt: Uppercut (Ryan slashes his large sword up into the air)
Downard Tilt/Crouched Attack: AK Burst (Ryan pulls out his AK-47 and fires it at the ground in front of him)
Forward Tilt: Fat Kick (Ryan sticks his leg straight out, causing fat bubbles to burst on his foot and cause explosive damage to enemies)

Upward Smash: Strong Slash (Ryan does a powerful uppercut through the air. The landing force causes magma and rocks to burst from the ground for half a second.)
Downward Smash: Roll (Ryan gets down on the ground and log rolls back and forth in one spot for a short period)
Forward Smash: Uber Slash (Ryan slashes with all of his weight behind him. When the sword finally hits the ground, lava surges upward, with high knockback)

Neutral Air: Ryan extends his arms and legs out as if to hit his foes
Forward Air: Ryan swings his sword forward with high power
Backward Air: Ryan takes his knife and throws it behind him, being too lazy to turn around and attack himself
Upward Air: Ryan stabs his sword upward
Downward Air: Ryan fires his AK downward

Neutral Special: Eat (Exactly like Wario's neutral special, but with the spit out ability like Kirby's)
Side Special: Cheeseburger (Ryan throws a McDonald's Cheeseburger out on the ground. If someone touches it, they have to spend a few seconds trying to unwrap the cheeseburger. Ryan can attack them while they are stalled, but they can recover damage if they finish unwrapping the burger before he attacks them)
Upward Special: Dog Jump (Ryan pulls out all 3 of his dogs on three leashes that he holds in his hand. The dogs jump into the air a short distance, and then all fall down)
Downward Special: Sit (Ryan sits down in place. If anyone is around him, they consistently get 5% damage until they leave his range. This move makes him fall down quickly in the air as well.

Grab Hit: Smack
Forward Throw: Forward Slash
Backward Throw: Back swing
Upward Throw: Upward Stab
Downward Throw: Ryan throws his foe down to the ground and fires his AK at them for 3 seconds

Final Smash: Mass Expansion (Ryan expands to the size of the camera. A large McDonalds building falls on him, and crushes him back to size.)

Taunt 1: Ryan looks at the camera and says "YOU #$%&@! SUCK" with a loud censor beep over the censored word.
Taunt 2: Ryan pulls out his wallet as a loud Ca-ching noise plays. Several dollar bills fly out and can be grabbed like any other item with no effect.
Taunt 3: Ryan opens up his cell phone and yells "SHUT UP, MOM!" then hangs up.

Here's the Chuck Norris moveset that KFP made on the smash syndicate:

Up Smash: Atomic Punch (Chuck Norris hops into the air and punches the ground. the air around him instantly explodes)
Down Smash: Sneeze (Chuck Norris sneezes, blowing away opponents in front of him. He does not blink during this attack)

Dash A: Kill (Chuck Norris simply continues running, anyone who touches him is knocked away)

Air A: Five Uzi Strike (Chuck Norris fires an Uzi from each hand and foot, kicking a fifth into the air to spray bullets)
Air A Forward: Racquetball (Chuck Norris hits a bowling ball with a waffle iron, blasting it forward into opponents)
Air A Up: Watermelon Seeds (Chuck Norris takes a bite of watermelon, then spits the seeds upward)
Air A Down: Meteor Drop (Chuck Norris aims downward, the ground explodes around him when he lands)
Air A Back: Thunder Fart (Chuck Norris eats a bolt of lightning, immediately farting and blasting away enemies behind him while pushing himself forward)

B: Roundhouse Kick, pulled (Chuck Norris does a roundhouse kick, hitting with roughly the strength of a Falcon Punch due to him pulling the attack at the last moment)
Forward B: Half a Stone (Chuck Norris throws half a stone, shooting through anyone in front of him)
Up B: Helicopter Roundhouse (Chuck Norris does 8 roundhouse kicks in a second, propelling himself upward)
Down B: Beard Reflect (Chuck Norris reflects projectiles with his beard. If you are looking at him when he does, your head explodes)

Grab: Normal
Grab A: Chuck Norris punches the opponent in the face.
Forward Throw: Chuck Norris punches the opponent with his beard fist.
Up Throw: Chuck Norris tosses the opponent upward, points at him, and shouts bang!
Down Throw: Chuck Norris drops the opponent to the ground and steps on his neck.
Back Throw: Chuck Norris decides the opponent isn't worth his time and tosses him behind him.

Shield: Chuck Norris doesn't shield, he simply laughs at them as they attempt to injure him.

Final Smash: Hurricane Neutralizer (A hurricane strikes the stage, tossing around the opponents and any items in the stage. Opponents take damage when they hit each other or an item. after ten seconds, Chuck Norris does a full power roundhouse kick, neutralizing the hurricane and launching opponents who are too close to him, which is to say anyone within half the screen's distance to him.

Taunt 1: Chuck Norris rubs some liquid hot magma on his arm.
Taunt 2: Chuck Norris runs across the stage and around the world, punching himself in the back of the head.
Taunt 3: Chuck Norris puts a sheet of tinfoil in his mouth and starts chewing.

Victory 1: Chuck Norris brands a cow.
Victory 2: Chuck Norris stands in front of Brokeback Mountain with his arms crossed in front of his chest.
Victory 3: Chuck Norris drinks from a mug full of hot lava.

Entrance: Chuck Norris rides in on a 9 foot grizzly, dismounts, then roundhouse kicks it into the background.

cool, but 95% of those moves are unneccisary. Here is what it should be:

Name:Chuck Norris
Weight, Speed, Power, Use: Chuck Norris

Every Button: Roundhouse Kick(Instantly kills all who come in contact with his foot)

Final Smash: Roundhouse Kick(See above)

Taunt 1: Punch (does 200% damage and a good amount of knock back)
Taunt 2: Laugh
Taunt 3: Roundhouse Kick (see above)

Victory1, 2, and 3: Walker: Texas Ranger Intro

Entrance: Enters last. Arrives 10 seconds late, jumping from a griffon's back and punches the ground, killing everyone instantly.

Special Stage: Set of Walker: Texas Ranger

Character Name: Marcus the Piplup
Description: Marcus is a water-type, penguin pokemon called Piplup. Not only is he badass, but he is a penguin, which makes him awesome.
Weight: 3/10
Speed: 6/10
Power: 5/10
Ease of Use: 4/5

Combo: Pound (Piplup bashes his side into opponents), Peck (Piplup hits enemies with his beak), Drill Peck (Piplup's energy starts swirling around his beak, creating a constant combo attack)
Running Attack: Fury Attack (Piplup charges forward head first, with Piplup's energy forming into large needles pointing forwards)
Ledge Recovery Attack: Piplup does a forward kick as he moves back on stage.

Upward Tilt: Hidden Power (Piplup quickly channels energy into spheres above him)
Downard Tilt/Crouched Attack: Mud-slap (Piplup slaps the ground, causing mud to shoot up a short distance)
Forward Tilt: Flail (Piplup hops forward a short distance, flailing his body out as he does so)

Upward Smash: Secret Power (Piplup focuses his energy into huge needles above him)
Downward Smash: Brine (Marcus jumps on the ground at full force, causing water to surge up around him)
Forward Smash: Water Pulse (Marcus extends his beak out, opens wide, and shoots a large ring of water a short range in front of him)

Neutral Air: Aqua Ring (Marcus spins in the air, forming a spiral of water around him)
Forward Air: Brick Break (Marcus does a powerful chop forward; this move does twice the normal amount of damage to shields)
Backward Air: Aerial Ace (Marcus quickly turns around, doing a sharp swipe with one of his arms)
Upward Air: Waterfall (Piplup conjures a small waterfall above his arm that flows upward)
Downward Air: Whirlpool (Piplup becomes surrounded in a veil of high-speed water)

Neutral Special: Icy Wind (Marcus shoots a small amount of ice crystals forward. If this is used in the air, it shoots diagonally downward as an ice beam. After a long time has gone by, large ice crystals shoot out as a blizzard)
Side Special: Rain Dance (Piplup does a small dance in place as a rain cloud spawns rain in front of him. Other characters cannot pass through the raincloud)
Upward Special: Surf (Marcus pulls out a surfboard as he rides a wave upward)
Downward Special: Endure (Marcus puts up his guard as he takes damage. He gets no knockback, but he does retain damage)

Grab Hit: Cut (Marcus swipes downward)
Forward Throw: Bubblebeam (Marcus shoots a beam of bubbles at his opponent after throwing them forward)
Backward Throw: Hydropump (Piplup throws his opponent backwards as he fires a powerful burst of water at them)
Upward Throw: Bubble (Piplup throws his victim upward, shooting bubbles at them as he does so)
Downward Throw: Dive (Piplup places his opponent on the ground and then becomes surrounded in a ball of water. He jumps down at his opponent and bounces off)

Final Smash: Hydro Cannon (Piplup gets on all fours as he fires burst after burst of high powered water, capable of high knockback, but minimal damage)

Victory Pose 1: Piplup hops several times in place with a happy face.
Victory Pose 2: Piplup shoots some bubbles forward that pop in front of him.
Victory Pose 3: Marcus does two punches and then looks up and to the right with a serious expression.

Taunt 1: Piplup hops in place saying "Piplup, Piplup!"
Taunt 2: Piplup balances a berry on his beak.
Taunt 3: Piplup poses as an actiony noise plays.

Ino this is reviving, but this is about Marcus. I think the special stage should be Canalave City, or even Lake Verity (the one you get him at)

It was just Snowpoint because I could have seen it as more of a unique stage than another city... but speaking of Marcus, I might just want to work on him again...

you get him at lake verity. but canalave has lots o' water and so does sunnyshore. but now that i think about it, snowpoint would be cool (no pun intended) because Marcus IS a penguin.
